Nine markets. One warehouse. One name on every message.
WafaBridge is the Middle East line of AMI Global — a cross-border group that has moved goods out of China since 2018. We buy in RMB, consolidate in Guangzhou, and deliver DDP into Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the rest of the Gulf. What you get is not a rate card: it is the same team, the same standards, and a lane we actually know.
What WafaBridge actually is
A sourcing and consolidation operation run from Guangzhou for buyers in the Middle East. You send a product link; we buy it, inspect it, merge it with your other parcels, clear it, and deliver it to your door with duty and VAT already paid — for one flat fee of 8% on the goods value.
That is the whole proposition. What follows is the part that makes it work in your market rather than in theory.
Frameworks can be copied. Experience cannot.
Most people who offer to buy from China for you started in the marketplace layer — the easiest layer to enter. Our founder started on the factory floor and worked every layer above it, including the one nobody else has: standing on the buyer’s side of the table.
“Twenty-three years ago I entered this business as a factory export manager, took payments by calculator in the import wholesale markets of Lomé, opened global multi-channel stores for luxury fashion brands across China, Thailand, Dubai and Spain, and later became the first officially recommended visual marketing service provider on Amazon globally. Every layer of this chain, I have operated myself.”
Rice Cheng · Guiliang Cheng · Founder
What that means for a shipment: the person answering your question on WhatsApp has read the Chinese factory listing, stood in the warehouse, and sat on the buyer’s side of a customs negotiation. We are not passing your order along — we are doing the work ourselves, because we have done every part of it before.
Twenty-three years, every layer
Export manager and sourcing lead
Pricing, OEM/ODM, exhibitions, and how buyers get squeezed on margin by the people between the factory and the shelf. It is where we learned to read a quote the way a buyer does.
Importer and distributor in Lomé, Togo
Customs clearance, warehousing, cash cycles — and the discipline of screening suppliers exactly as a buyer would. This is the year we stopped trusting a photograph.
Executive VP of a cross-border import e-commerce group
Ran a 20,000 sqm bonded warehouse and watched the 2016 policy shift dismantle the duty-free model overnight. We learned what a policy change does to a shipment already on the water.
The operation is founded
Guangzhou Ami Technology Co., Ltd. is established, and the sourcing, consolidation and DDP service starts as a pilot inside the AMI Global cross-border house — first serving import distributors, wholesalers and quality buyers across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.
Warehouse, team and carrier contracts under one roof
Operations merge with Hong Kong’s JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED and run as a fully independent business: its own warehouse, its own team, its own carrier agreements.
Nine markets, one standard
The same operation now runs a dedicated Middle East line across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan and Iraq — with a bilingual documentation desk and a local partner in every destination.
Nine markets are not one market
This is the part a general forwarder cannot give you. Each of our lanes has its own tax regime, its own working week, its own holiday calendar and its own document set. We quote the lane you are shipping to — never a regional average.
Six Gulf states, five tax answers
One 5% GCC tariff is paid once at the first entry — but VAT is national: Saudi Arabia 15%, Bahrain 10%, the UAE and Oman 5%, and Kuwait and Qatar currently none.
Egypt adds 14% on CIF plus duty; Jordan adds 16% GST on the same base; Iraq has no general VAT at all. Your quote shows which one applies to your destination.
The certificate, before the container
Saudi SABER needs a product certificate and a shipment certificate before the goods move; the UAE has its own conformity route; Jordan requires JSMO conformity and Arabic labelling; Egypt requires GOEIC registration.
We file the route for your product and your destination before dispatch — not after the box has left China.
The calendar is part of the price
Saudi customs and ports run Sunday to Thursday; the UAE runs Monday to Friday. Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha close the border for days, and air capacity fills weeks before.
Every quote states the cut-off for your shipment date, in your calendar, not ours.
One quote, no second bill
Sourcing fee 8%, freight, duty and VAT itemised on a single sheet, and a DDP delivered price in your currency.
Your consignee does not pay anything on arrival, and nobody presents a bill at the door that was not in the quote.
Arabic on the paperwork
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and customs declaration are prepared in Arabic and English.
Your consignee signs for a parcel in their own language. An Arabic quotation can be prepared on request.
The last mile is local
A local delivery partner in every destination, and a named person at our desk who knows the lane, the port and the working week.
If a shipment is held, the first call comes from us — before your client asks you why.
Six commitments we do not negotiate
These are the rules the desk runs on. They are written down because a Middle East buyer should be able to hold us to them.
A published 8% sourcing fee
Quoted before you pay, and the same whether the order is one piece or a full container. No membership, no minimum, no annual fee.
A named contact, not a ticket queue
One person owns your shipment from quote to delivery and answers on WhatsApp. The same person quotes it, tracks it and tells you about a hold.
Photographs before anything leaves
You see the goods, the count and the packaging before the parcel is sealed. If something is not what was quoted, you decide before it ships.
One consolidated shipment
Goods from several suppliers merge into fewer cartons, which typically cuts the shipping cost by 30 to 60 percent — and gives you one tracking number to follow.
Restricted and sensitive goods are classified first
Batteries, liquids, aerosols, cosmetics, drones, e-cigarettes and branded goods are assessed before booking, so they travel on a route that will actually accept them.
We publish our entity and our addresses
Operating company, business licence, warehouse address and the entity behind our logistics are stated openly. You are being asked to trust us with money and cargo — so verify us, and you should.
Before you send anything
We publish our registration details because we ask you to hand over money and cargo. Every importer can check us independently — and should.
Guangzhou Ami Technology Co., Ltd.
广州阿米科技有限公司 — the company that contracts with you, issues the commercial invoice and holds the business licence. Licence number is available on request and verifiable against the Chinese National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED (Hong Kong)
The Hong Kong registered logistics company behind our carrier contracts and international shipping documentation, operating together with the Guangzhou entity since 2023.
Two addresses, both in Guangzhou
Operations office: 1st Floor, Building 1, Mitz Creative Park, Helong Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. Warehouse: No. 801 Guangyuan Middle Road, Baiyun District, Guangzhou 510095, China.
If you are in Guangzhou, come and see the floor. If you are in the Gulf, ask for a video walk-through instead of stock photography.
We do not publish customer reviews we cannot verify. Every shipment we have delivered can be confirmed against our own records, and we will answer a reference request with a name and a city rather than a testimonial you cannot check.
Send us one product link.
You will get sourcing, freight, duty and VAT as one delivered figure, in your currency, within three to five business days. No obligation, no account, no minimum order.
