Category accepted. Counterfeit goods refused.
Replica and "same style" products are a real sourcing category, and buyers in the Gulf order them every week. We source them. We do not carry counterfeit branded goods, and that line does not move for a larger order.
Two different things that look the same.
A replica product — an unbranded item made in the style of a design — is a legitimate purchase. A counterfeit product — an item carrying another party’s trademark without authorisation — is not, and importing it into the Gulf is treated as infringement regardless of where it was bought.
This is why customs does not ask how much you paid or who you bought it from. It asks for the authorisation chain: the invoice, the distributor, the provenance. If that chain cannot be established, the parcel is held and the value is assessed as counterfeit — and the assessment does not wait for your explanation.
Three checks, before you pay.
We do this at sourcing, because a refusal after the goods are bought costs you the goods and the freight. The checks take a day, and they are part of the quote.
What is actually being sold
We read the listing and the supplier's own photographs. If the product carries a logo, a serial, a branded packaging or a branded accessory, we stop and ask for the authorisation. If it is genuinely unbranded, the category is straightforward.
Who made it, and who is allowed to sell it
We look for the supplier's business licence and, where the product carries any branding, the authorisation or distribution document behind it. No document means we do not buy — and we tell you why in writing.
Whether this lane and this HS code can take it
Certain categories need a conformity route before they move at all. We confirm that route for your destination before dispatch, so you are not paying for freight on a shipment that cannot clear.
Neutral by default.
No brand on the outside
Outer cartons are neutral by default: no retail branding, no model name, no logo visible on the outside of the box.
The invoice inside states the actual goods and the actual value — declared honestly, never under-declared to save duty.
Declared value, insured
Goods are insured at declared value. Under-declaring to reduce a duty bill is the fastest way to turn a shipment into a seizure, and we do not do it.
If a customs question comes, the paperwork supports the value in the box.
Arabic and English, complete before dispatch
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and customs declaration are prepared in both languages before the carton leaves Guangzhou.
Serial numbers are recorded on request, so a high-value order can be reconciled carton by carton.
What gets refused.
Counterfeit branded goods — an item carrying another party's trademark without authorisation — are refused at sourcing and never carried. This applies to every order size and every margin.
Other categories we review rather than refuse are listed on the restricted and prohibited items page.
Send the link. We will tell you which side of the line it sits on.
Most replica-category orders pass the review in a day. The ones that do not get an answer in writing, with the reason.
