What we hold, and why.
We are a sourcing and shipping agent. To quote and to clear customs we need a small amount of information about you and your goods. This page says exactly what that is, who sees it, and how to have it removed.
The form is the only place we ask for anything
If you never send an inquiry, we hold nothing about you beyond ordinary server logs.
| What | Why we need it | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, phone | To reply to you, and to reach you on WhatsApp when that is faster | Yes |
| Company, delivery country | To work out which duty and VAT regime applies to your shipment | Yes |
| Product link, quantity, budget | To price the item and estimate freight — one link is more useful than a paragraph | No |
| Your message | Whatever you tell us about the goods, deadlines or restrictions | Yes |
| IP address, browser | Spam filtering and, if something goes wrong, a record of the submission | Automatic |
Nobody buys your data. Some people need part of it to move a box.
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Our own staff in Guangzhou | The full inquiry | Sourcing, inspection, packing, quoting |
| Customs brokers and carriers | Consignee name, address, phone, invoice and packing list | A shipment cannot be cleared or delivered without these |
| Our email provider | Your name, email and the message | To send the quotation and the delivery updates |
| Payment provider or bank | Company name and invoice amount | Only if you ask us to invoice you formally |
Long enough to finish the job, then not much longer
Inquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact, so that a repeat order does not start from zero. Shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, customs declarations — are kept for five years, because tax and customs authorities can ask for them after the fact. After that they are deleted.
If you ask us to delete your inquiry record, we will delete it within 30 days, except for documents we are legally required to retain for a shipment that actually took place.
The site runs on a server outside your country
Inquiry records are stored in this website's database on a server we control, and email copies pass through our mail provider. Both may be located outside Saudi Arabia or the UAE. Customs paperwork necessarily travels to the destination country, because that is what a customs declaration is.
Access to the inquiry database is limited to staff who answer inquiries, and the site is served over HTTPS end to end.
One functional cookie, nothing that follows you around
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie may be set when you submit the inquiry form, purely to verify that the submission came from this site and not from a script.
If web analytics is switched on later, this section will say which tool and how to opt out, before it is switched on.
Access, correction, deletion, and a complaint route
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 you can ask us to: confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it for a particular purpose, or send you a copy.
Write to us through the contact page, or reply to any email we have sent you. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) or the UAE Data Office.
This is a business service
Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us an inquiry, tell us and we will delete it.
This policy is dated 29 October 2026. If it changes in a way that affects what we do with data you have already given us, we will email you rather than quietly republish the page.
Want to know what we hold about you?
One email is enough. We will tell you what is in the record, where it came from, and delete it if you ask.
