The questions buyers ask before the first shipment.

Quoting, storage, duty, timing and the awkward ones — what counts as a replica, and who signs for the parcel. If your question is not here, ask it and we will answer it plainly.

01Buying and quoting

How the purchasing works.

What do you actually charge?
One flat sourcing fee of 8% of the goods value (minimum US$50). Freight, insurance, duty and VAT are quoted separately and itemised on the same sheet, so you can see every line before anyone pays a supplier. There is no membership fee and no minimum order value.
How long does a quote take?
Three to five business days for a standard order. Samples, customisation and multi-supplier consolidation take longer because they depend on factories, not on us — we tell you which one you are in before you pay.
Do I need a Chinese company, a Chinese bank account or an Alipay account?
No. We buy on our own accounts and settle in RMB. You approve a quote and pay us; we pay the supplier. You never hold a Chinese payment instrument.
How do I pay?
You pay us, never a Chinese supplier. Two ways work for most buyers:
— Bank transfer (T/T) — the default. Send USD, SAR or AED to our company account; we send the invoice and the payment details together with your quote. Full payment is due before we buy the goods, and the balance is settled before dispatch.
— Card payment — available for smaller orders; we send a secure payment link by email or WhatsApp.
We quote in USD by default and can issue the invoice in SAR or AED for Gulf buyers. Every quote sheet states the currency, the exchange rate we used and any bank fee, so the number you approve is the number you pay. We do not ask for payment to a personal account, and we will never ask you to pay a supplier directly.
When do I have to pay, and what are the payment terms?
Two stages. Goods and sourcing fee are paid before we buy — that is when your order is locked in and we start ordering. Freight, duty and VAT are quoted itemised and paid before dispatch, once the parcel is packed and the actual figures are known. That second stage is why we can quote a delivered cost rather than an estimate. If a shipment splits into several parcels, each parcel is settled separately against the same quote sheet.
Which currency will my quote be in?
We quote in USD unless you ask otherwise, and we can issue invoices in SAR (Saudi Riyal), AED (UAE Dirham) or USD. If you want to be billed in Gulf currency, say so when you request the quote — we apply that day's rate and show it as a separate line, so you can always see what the currency conversion cost you.
Can you buy from a factory instead of a marketplace?
Yes — Alibaba.com, 1688, Taobao, Tmall, and direct factories for bulk runs. For factory orders we handle specification confirmation, sample approval and MOQ negotiation before the production run starts.
What if the item turns out to be different from the listing?
We photograph and visually inspect what arrives, and send the photos and inspection result to you before dispatch. If the goods do not match what was quoted, you decide whether to ship, return or cancel — and we do not bill the sourcing fee for a goods problem.
02Warehouse and consolidation

What happens between the supplier and the plane.

How long do you hold my parcels?
Thirty days free storage from the day the first parcel is received, while your shipment fills. After that, storage is charged per parcel per day at a tiered rate, quoted in advance.
Will you repack my goods so the retail brand is not visible?
Yes — neutral white-label repacking is standard on request and free. Outer cartons carry no retail branding, and the invoice inside reflects the actual goods and value.
How many suppliers can you consolidate?
As many as the shipment needs. Products from multiple sellers and platforms go to the same warehouse address, and leave as fewer cartons with one tracking number. There is no charge for consolidation itself.
Do you ship dangerous goods, batteries and liquids?
Some of them, with review. Lithium batteries, aerosols, perfumes, cosmetics, oils and chemicals need the safety documentation (MSDS, UN38.3) before we can accept them. We review the case and tell you before payment — not after the carton is sealed.
03Customs, duty and VAT

Who pays what, and when.

Is it really DDP?
Yes. Duty, import VAT and clearance are prepaid by us and included in the delivered price. Your consignee receives the parcel and pays nothing at the door. DDP means we carry the tax and the paperwork, and we tell you what it cost on the quote.
Why is the VAT different in Saudi Arabia and the UAE?
The Gulf shares one 5% customs tariff, but VAT is a national tax: Saudi Arabia charges 15%, Bahrain 10%, the UAE and Oman 5%, and Kuwait and Qatar currently charge none. We quote the lane you are shipping to, never a regional average.
Can you tell me the duty before I buy?
We give an estimate against the product and HS code before you commit, and we confirm it against the declared value at dispatch. Certain categories — textiles, protected goods, luxury items — carry wider duty bands, so the estimate carries a range.
What documents do you prepare?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, customs declaration and airway bill or bill of lading — in Arabic and English. For regulated goods we also file the conformity route for that market before dispatch.
Will my goods be held at customs?
Possibly, and we cannot promise otherwise. What we can promise is that the file is complete before the goods land: correct HS code, matching invoice, valuation support, and the conformity certificates the market asks for. That is what keeps a shipment out of the red channel.
04Timing and the calendar

How long it really takes.

How long does delivery take?
By air, door to door, 6–12 days to Saudi Arabia and 6–11 days to the UAE. By sea LCL, from 26 days depending on the port of entry. Add 2–5 days for clearance, and plan around Eid cut-offs.
What is an Eid cut-off?
Air capacity fills weeks before each Eid, and customs closes for the holiday itself. A parcel shipped one week late can land three weeks late. We flag the cut-off for your shipment date in the quote, and again when we book.
Can I ship a partial order to start?
Yes, and many buyers do. We consolidate whatever has arrived at the warehouse and can ship in part, so you are not waiting for the slowest supplier.
How do I track my shipment?
You get the tracking number when the carton leaves the warehouse, and the same contact updates you on any customs hold, delivery attempt or last-mile exception.
05Categories and compliance

The awkward questions.

Do you ship replica goods?
Replica and "same style" categories are accepted for sourcing. Counterfeit branded goods are refused — brand authorisation has to be established before dispatch. Read the detail on the replica sourcing page.
What do you refuse outright?
Counterfeit branded goods, unlicensed firearms and ammunition, narcotics, human trafficking materials, and anything on a prohibited list in the destination market. The full list is on the restricted items page.
What do you review case by case?
Whole categories: e-cigarettes and vaping products, drones and radio-controlled equipment, batteries and power banks, cosmetics and perfumes, medical devices, tobacco-adjacent products, and anything with a conformity requirement. We review before payment, in writing.
Can you keep my order confidential?
Yes. Luxury and high-value orders can be handled under NDA, with serial numbers recorded on request, neutral packaging, and no brand visible on the outer carton.

Still have a question?

Send it with a product link if you have one. We answer in plain language, and we will tell you when the answer is "it depends on the HS code".
