A company you can look up before you send anything.
WafaBridge is the Middle East line of AMI Global — a cross-border group that both advises Chinese companies going out and buys on behalf of overseas buyers coming in. Our own warehouse in Guangzhou, our own purchasing team, our own documentation desk, and a local partner in every Middle East market we serve.
Two words, both doing work
Most logistics brands are named after movement. This one is named after a promise, and then after the thing that carries it.
Keeping the promise
In Arabic, wafa is fidelity — keeping an undertaking, honouring an obligation. It is a word about the relationship, not the transaction.
For a sourcing agent that means one thing in practice: the number we quote is the number you pay, and if it has to change, you hear it before dispatch rather than at the door.
The part that carries the weight
A bridge is not a destination. It is the structure that makes a crossing possible, and it only works if both ends are built properly.
One end is a Chinese marketplace listing in Chinese, priced in RMB. The other is a customs declaration in Arabic with a conformity certificate attached. We build both ends.
AMI Global — two directions of the same trade
AMI Global (亚觅出海) began as a cross-border research house advising Chinese companies on going global: platform relationships, market entry, visual merchandising. WafaBridge runs the opposite direction — it helps buyers outside China buy from Chinese suppliers, and it does so from its own warehouse rather than from a broker’s desk.
That is not a slogan about "both sides of the table". It is a working advantage. The team that reads a Chinese supplier quotation in the morning is the same team that has spent years watching Chinese brands fail to launch abroad — so they know which listings survive inspection, and which ones never clear Jeddah.
Four desks, one chain of custody
We are a small operation on purpose. That is not a slogan about being agile — it is the only way a promise like "the same person answers" can actually be true. Your order passes through four desks, and you can ask for any of them by name.
The Chinese side
Reads the listing in Chinese, verifies the supplier, negotiates MOQ and price, settles in RMB on our own accounts, and confirms the specification in writing before production.
The Guangzhou floor
Receives, counts, photographs and visually inspects your parcels, then merges several suppliers into fewer cartons and repacks for the route ahead. Neutral white-label packing on request.
The bilingual desk
Prepares the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and customs declaration in Arabic and English, and files the conformity route for your destination before dispatch.
The lane you actually ship into
One named contact per market, working with our local clearing and delivery partner, watching the Eid cut-offs, the working week and the port backlog for your destination.
What we do, and what we deliberately do not
A short list is more useful than a long one. If something is outside it, we say so rather than learn on your shipment.
| We do | We do not |
|---|---|
| Buy from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Alibaba.com and factories, paid in RMB | Act as your customs broker in a market we do not clear in |
| Receive, count, photograph and consolidate at our own Guangzhou warehouse | Run a laboratory test on your goods — we quote that separately if you need it |
| Clear customs and pay duty and VAT before dispatch, DDP | Under-declare a value, split an order to dodge a threshold, or carry counterfeits |
| Tell you before you buy when an item cannot enter your market | Promise a delivery date we cannot control — holidays and holds are stated, not hidden |
| Keep your supplier relationships confidential | Pass your contact details to other buyers, or compete for your order |
What the first order looks like
You send a link
A product link, an image or a spec sheet, with the quantity and the destination city. That is enough to start; a company profile is not required, and there is no minimum order.
We answer with a number and a caveat
Price, freight, duty, VAT and delivery, itemised on one sheet in your currency. Where something is uncertain — an HS code that could go two ways, a certificate still to be obtained, an Eid cut-off inside your window — it is stated in the quote, not discovered later.
We buy, you see photographs
The order is placed and paid in RMB. Parcels arrive in Guangzhou, are counted and photographed, and nothing is merged until you approve what you see.
One carton, one tracking number
Consolidated, repacked, declared, cleared and delivered. Duty and VAT are already settled, so nobody at the door asks your consignee for money.
Where we are, so you can check
We publish our registration details because we ask you to hand over money and cargo. Every importer can verify us independently — and should.
