What we carry, and what we refuse.
Categories are a sourcing decision before they are a shipping decision. Three categories carry the volume; a fourth set is reviewed case by case; a fifth is refused outright.
Three categories, three handling standards.
We do not treat every carton the same way. High-value goods travel differently from general cargo, and both are handled more carefully than the cheapest option we offer.
Luxury & Designer Goods
Handbags, watches, eyewear, jewellery and small leather goods. Plain outer cartons, no retail branding visible, insured at declared value, HS code confirmed before you buy.
- Serial numbers recorded on request
- NDA and confidential handling
- Declared value, never undervalued
Replica & Alternatives
Replica and "same style" categories are accepted for sourcing, with the authorisation chain checked before dispatch. Counterfeit branded goods are refused — no exceptions, no discretion.
- Category accepted — counterfeits refused
- Brand authorisation verified
- Neutral packaging on request
General Cargo
Homeware, tools, apparel, electronics, toys and small appliances — the everyday volume trade, consolidated and shipped on the same 8% flat fee.
- No minimum order value
- Batteries and liquids reviewed
- Restricted lines escalated
Same fee, different handling.
| Category | How we source it | How it travels | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Luxury & designer goods | Supplier checked for authorisation chain before payment | Neutral outer carton, declared value insured, serial numbers recorded | Purchase receipt, brand authorisation where the brand is visible |
| Replica & alternatives | Category accepted; counterfeit branding refused at sourcing | Neutral packaging, brand not visible on the outer carton | Supplier invoice, photo of any visible branding |
| General cargo | Specification and MOQ confirmed in writing before the order | Standard export carton, consolidation by weight and volume | Product link and quantity; nothing else |
| Reviewed categories | Case-by-case review before any payment is made | Route chosen around the safety documentation | MSDS, UN38.3 or conformity certificates where applicable |
Two lists, and we keep them apart.
Being reviewed means the category can be legal and still need documents, a special route, or a licence you have to hold. Being refused means we will not carry it at any order size.
Legal, but not straightforward
E-cigarettes and vaping products · drones and radio-controlled equipment · lithium batteries and power banks · cosmetics and perfumes · medical devices · tobacco-adjacent products · food-contact items.
We check the product, the documents and the destination rule before taking money. Some of these we can carry; some we cannot. You find out before the purchase, in writing.
Not negotiable
Counterfeit branded goods · unlicensed firearms and ammunition · narcotics and precursors · counterfeit documents and stamps · human trafficking materials · live animals · anything on a prohibited list in the destination market.
Order size does not change the answer. Neither does the margin.
The complete list, with the reasoning behind each line, is on the restricted and prohibited items page.
Send the link and we will tell you where it falls.
Most orders are straightforward. The ones that are not get reviewed properly, before you pay anything.
