We buy in China, in RMB, on your behalf.
Send a product link, an image or a spec sheet. We find the supplier, establish what is actually being sold, negotiate the price, and pay in RMB — so you never need a Chinese account, a Chinese phone number or a Chinese address.
A listing is not a specification.
Marketplace photographs get reused across sellers. “Same style” often means a different material. MOQ is frequently negotiable and occasionally fictional. Our first job is to establish what the item is before anybody pays for it.
| What we check | Why it changes the order |
|---|---|
| The listing, in full | Specification, variant list and the seller’s own answers read in Chinese — not machine-translated. |
| The seller | Registration, trading history, production capability, and which documents they actually hold rather than which they claim. |
| The physical facts | Material, size, weight and packaging confirmed in writing before a bulk order is placed. |
| The photographs | Sample photographs of the actual unit, taken before production — not the catalogue image. |
Six things, one fee.
Everything between a link and a paid supplier order. The 8% is charged once, on the goods value.
Find the item, not just a listing
A link, an image or a specification. We locate the product across Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Alibaba.com and direct factory contacts, and bring back comparable options with prices.
Check who is actually selling
Registration, trading history, production capability and the documents they hold — checked before an order is placed, not after a problem appears.
Negotiate in the seller’s language
Unit price, minimum order quantity, specification, lead time and domestic freight to our Guangzhou warehouse, confirmed in writing.
Pay in RMB, from our account
This is the part that usually stops a Gulf buyer. Most Chinese marketplaces will not accept a foreign card, a foreign phone number or a foreign delivery address. Ours are domestic.
Get the colour right before the run
Samples, colours, sizes, logos, packaging and labelling coordinated with the approved supplier before production starts.
One contact for six sellers
Each order tracked separately, each parcel routed to our Guangzhou warehouse for inspection and consolidation, one invoice at the end.
The 8%, in full.
No membership, no minimum order, no fee hidden inside the freight.
Our sourcing fee is 8% of the goods value. It is charged once per order and covers everything from reading the listing to paying the supplier.
It does not cover China domestic freight, international freight, customs duty or VAT. Those appear as separate lines on the same quote, so the total is visible before you commit.
There is no membership fee and no minimum order value. One item and one hundred cartons are handled the same way.
What the quote looks like
Goods value · sourcing fee 8% · China domestic freight · international freight · duty · VAT · delivery. Every line visible, in SAR or AED, before anybody pays a supplier.
If a number changes after the quote — a seller raises the price, or customs classifies the goods differently — you hear it before dispatch, not on the delivery day.
Why this matters more from Riyadh than from Shanghai.
A buyer in China opens Taobao, pays with Alipay, and receives the parcel the next morning.
From the Gulf, the same purchase requires a Chinese phone number for the account, a Chinese payment method, a Chinese delivery address, and enough Chinese to argue with the seller when half the order arrives wrong.
We already have all four. That is the entire service — not a courier with a website.
Sourcing, answered plainly
Can you buy from Taobao, 1688 or Tmall for me?
Is the 8% charged on the goods only, or on everything?
What if the seller will not ship to a Chinese address I do not have?
Can you find a factory rather than a marketplace seller?
Send us the link. We will tell you what it actually is.
We reply with the supplier we recommend, the landed cost, and anything about the listing that looks wrong.
