Wafaa may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Translation Quality & Revisions
We aim for the highest quality through professional human translators. Minor revisions are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided they match original instructions. AI-Wafaa is not liable for misuse or misinterpretation of translated content after delivery.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing is based on word count, language pair, and selected service level. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Orders will not proceed until full payment is confirmed.
6. Confidentiality
All documents are handled with strict confidentiality. Translators are bound by non-disclosure agreements. Wafaa will never share your content with third parties without consent.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all documents submitted. Translations remain your property after delivery. Al Wafaa retain anonymized data to improve its services (e.g., term databases, quality assurance).
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical maintenance or force majeure.
9. Account Termination
- Violate these terms.
- Abuse the platform (e.g., spam, fraud).
- Threaten the safety of translators or staff.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Losses resulting from misuse of translations.
- Errors caused by incomplete or unclear instructions.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
